We Do It For You
When you make the decision to purchase the SalesChain platform for your business, you are not left on your own to wade through a complicated implementation process. Our onboarding team is excited to help you become more efficient through superior data and intelligent automation. We will initiate a coordinated series of steps in two phases, designed with the unique needs of your organization in mind. Our goal is to make this transition as smooth as possible.
Your Personal Onboarding Project Manager
As a new SalesChain client, you will be assigned a dedicated project manager, whose responsibility is to oversee every aspect of your onboarding process. Working closely with your managers, they will help you set up meeting schedules and agendas, moderate meetings, create and test your company database and provide comprehensive training sessions for all the stakeholders in your company. Ongoing support is also always available during business hours through our professional help desk staff.
Phase I: Fast, Accurate CRM Configuration
During the first phase of implementation, SalesChain will merge all the data you provide to create a comprehensive database that will contain all client users, ERP, CRM, and system module configuration information. SalesChain will also provide a deal pricing and documentation system, including product catalogs, service pricing, lease rate and finance information, e-Sign, credit desk, and commission calculation. Comprehensive client employee training is included in Phase 1 of the system implementation.

Phase II: Commissions, Integrations and Reporting
The second phase of implementation is designed to cover all aspects of your business after the deal pricing process, taking full advantage of SalesChain’s complete business automation system. Phase two includes the implementation of our integrated Commission module, the delivery workflow process, credit automation tools, comprehensive integrations like CEO Juice and HubSpot, and our Business Intelligence tools.
Transparency and Communication
We host a number of targeted meetings to make sure that your project is on track and that you have a clear picture of your data. First, we’ll have a kick-off meeting to get to know you and your goals and introduce you to the SalesChain team and onboarding process. After this, there will be meetings to validate and document each aspect of your onboarding package, including the ERP and CRM data, deal and service pricing, and service rate entry. Three Go Live training sessions are included, fully informing your employees on how to use the CRM system and the deal pricing system and training your managers on commissions and reporting. A follow-up Q&A session is also available.
Change Management
We realize that taking on a new business management system represents a fundamental change that can feel quite daunting. Your company’s success with the SalesChain system relies on employee buy-in and comfort using the system. We nurture user confidence with comprehensive initial training for all stakeholders. We work with you to get a clear understanding of your expectations for the roll-out of the new system and establish a mutually agreeable timeline of steps which are organized and grouped in a manner that fits your company’s schedule and way of doing business.
