As 2025 comes to a close, we’re looking back on a year defined by scale, adoption, and continued investment in the workflows that office technology dealers depend on every day. From billions in transaction volume to major platform upgrades, 2025 was about building systems that could keep up with our customers’ demands.
Here’s what 2025 looked like, by the numbers.
A Platform Built for Real Volume
In 2025, dealers used SalesChain to manage more than $3.2 billion in equipment. Across proposals and orders, $2.1 billion in transactions were priced through the platform, with $760 million converting into finalized orders.
That activity included a broad mix of solutions, from traditional print and imaging to IT products and managed print services, document management, scanning, water, and more, reflecting continued growth in bundled solution selling.
Operationally, SalesChain supported more than 60,000 total orders, including nearly 5,000 orders pushed directly into eAutomate, and helped process 271,000 individual units sold through the platform.
A Brand-New Leasing API Suite, Built for Scale
One of the most significant developments of 2025 was the launch of SalesChain’s new leasing API suite, representing a major expansion of the platform’s financing capabilities. While many of these functions are essential automations SalesChain has provided for years, 2025 marked the launch of our next generation of Leasing Automation, powered not by emails and spreadsheets, but by APIs and collaboration.
Throughout the year, dealers submitted $353 million in credit applications through SalesChain, while overall credit application workflow volume increased by 52 percent year over year.
In 2025, SalesChain introduced in-platform leasing administration features with seven industry-leading providers: US Bank, DLL, Wells Fargo, LEAF, PEAC, Canon Finical Services and GreatAmerica Financial Services. With these API capabilities, dealers can manage portfolio data with daily automated updates, submit credit applications directly to FCO systems, receive credit decisions, request buyouts and upgrades, and access invoice history, all without leaving SalesChain.
This new leasing suite replaced manual processes, reduced handoffs, and eliminated the need to move between systems, creating a more connected and efficient path from quote to funding.
Product Investment That Adds Up
Behind the scenes, 2025 was a major year for platform development. Across two major version releases, SalesChain delivered 25 new and upgraded features, along with 26 minor fixes and refinements aimed at improving accuracy, usability, and reliability.
Several key feature launches stood out:
- Salesforce.com Integration
Salesforce users can now access SalesChain’s CPQ tools directly within Salesforce, without switching systems or duplicating data. Sales teams can initiate quotes, build deals, manage approvals, and complete e-signatures in a single connected workflow, with activity reporting back to Salesforce automatically.
- Modernized eAutomate Screens
All ECI eAutomate portal screens were updated with a modern user interface, creating a cleaner experience and smoother navigation. Additional enhancements improved shipping method handling, expanded order remarks for delivery and logistics details, and strengthened error tracking and logging.
- RESTful API and Webhooks
SalesChain introduced a secure RESTful API and webhook utility, allowing customers to connect SalesChain’s CPQ platform with other systems in their technology ecosystem. This expansion supports deeper integrations, advanced automation, and scalable workflows for growing operations. The API is available as an optional feature for Platinum-level subscribers.
Looking Ahead
2025 was a year of real usage, real volume, and real progress. As we head into 2026, we’re building on a strong foundation and continuing to invest where it matters most: workflows that work. We’re excited to keep working, building, and improving together in 2026.
