ECI e-automate Sales Order Push
We continued to refine the eAutomate Sales Order push with targeted improvements to data handling and user experience.
- Fixed an issue where the Sales Order Detail screen would set dropdown values to inactive selections.
- Address fields now pass only the first 64 characters to eAutomate, preventing integration errors caused by oversized data.
- Added an optional field to load extended remarks into the Order Detail record, including delivery criteria, contact name, phone numbers, and pickup and movement details.
Credit Desk Enhancements
Several improvements to the Credit Desk streamline buyout processing, credit application workflows, and finance coordination.
- Fixed a bug on the buyout requests grid where an “&” symbol in an XML-formatted API response would cause the display to break.
- Added a configuration option for a default submit user on the finance company profile. Clients who prefer to submit credit applications under a specific user (and have that user receive email updates from the FCO) can now do so.
- Added a field to credit applications to display IT Payments separately from the Base Payment when the pass-thru is used for IT payments.
- The SNOrder.PaperRate now updates with the SNCreditApplication.BuyRateFactor value when a credit application marked as the selected funding source is saved.
Document Management
We made several improvements to document requesting, cloning, and tracking on orders.
- Added a button in the Action column to resend eSign requests, allowing users to send the request to a different contact if needed. A new lock icon was also added to match the size of the other icons.
- Cloning documents no longer requires users to enter a name. The system now appends “(1)” to the original document name automatically.
- When creating or editing documents, closing the document window now triggers a refresh of the history grid.
- Improved the performance of generating multiple delivery job document packages.
Service and Contract Enhancements
New fields and controls give dealers more flexibility in managing service pricing, overage escalation, and contract configurations.
- Added fields for overage escalation on the Service tab of orders.
- Added SPM Year 7-8 Escalation% and SPM Year 2-8 Overage Escalation% to contract types.
- Added the ability to submit a bid desk request on the Service tab after service pricing has been overridden, when the system parameter “Bid Desk Request After Manager Override” is active.
- Fixed a bug where setting the Contract Type dropdown to “No Service” and then saving the order with the red Save button would revert the contract type to the default and display an incorrect service message.
- Added the ability to enter a billing department in the IT Services and Delivery Machine tables on orders.
Service Takeover
We expanded the service takeover workflow to capture more detail at the point of entry.
- Added the ability to enter an address, serial number, and starting meters when creating a service takeover.
- Added editable columns for starting meters and serial number on the service takeover grid.
Evolved Office Integration
We resolved a bug affecting the Evolved Office contact linking feature.
- Fixed a bug with the “View in Evolved Office” button on the Contact edit page. Previously, the Evolved Office window would open on a random contact under the account. It now opens on the correct contact.
NAICS Code Support
We added NAICS Code classification to customer records to support industry-level segmentation and reporting.
- Added the ability to set a company’s NAICS Code on the Customer Profile page. Only numeric values are accepted and a minimum of six digits is required.
- Added a NAICS Code filter to the Accounts list page.
- Added NAICS Code and NAICS Description to the customer data export (Accounts > Actions > Export Data).
Contact Improvements
Small but meaningful improvements to the contact experience for daily use.
- Phone numbers on the Contact Details screen now display a “call” link. Clicking this link opens the default phone dialer configured on the user’s device.
Reporting Database Configuration
New administrative controls allow dealers to configure reporting database settings at the client company level.
- Added fields to the Client Company Maintenance form on the Features tab: Active, Name, Monthly Charge, Base Date, Zero Out Cost, and Zero Out GP.
Catalog Management
Updates to catalog item editing and product management.
- Added the ability to edit the Master Catalog ID on a catalog item using the privilege “CatalogItemEdit_V2-MasterCatalogIDEdit.”
- Fixed an issue where users could enter special characters when creating or modifying IT Products on the IT Catalog Items maintenance screen and the IT Products tab in orders.
TD Synnex Quote Import
We resolved an issue preventing TD Synnex quotes from importing correctly into the order pricing module.
Quadient Mail Import
Fixed the Quadient mail import to correctly use the sell price when available, rather than defaulting to the list price. Also modified the remove functionality to allow multiple items to be removed at the same time.
Fixes and Tweaks
- Recurring Contract Summary now displays the full monetary value rather than a rounded number.
- Fixed a bug on Stack Ranking bar charts (433, 435, 437, 439, and 441) where the chart would fail to display when no data was present.
- Fixed a bug that prevented CE/OBD Revenue Monthly data from appearing on charts broken down by Branch, Rep, or Team.
- Fixed the OR.SumAdj merge field to work correctly from a delivery document.
- Not-adjusted earnings are now displaying correctly on copier commissions.
- Added a full-year option to the date dropdown for reporting.
- Expanded state code options for countries other than the USA and Canada.
- Fixed the Forecast by Category report download.
- The financing button on orders is now hidden when there is no lease funding request.
- Added the fields Location and Billing Department to the order’s delivery products tab (Order > ITP type work item delivery job > Products).
- Fixed an issue on the Daily Usage Dashboard where the Client Company selection could be lost if the client company dropdown was empty.
- Fixed an issue in the account search where searching for a Cust# containing an “&” returned incorrect results. The session now properly maintains the “&” symbol in searches.
- Fixed issues with the email request log: corrected the displayed time to match the email view page, changed Relative Object Type to use display names, added an inactive users checkbox to populate the users dropdown, and fixed dropdown selections not being retained after navigating into an email and returning.
