eAutomate Sales Order Push
We greatly enhanced the Sales Order push into the EAutomate system, to provide a more efficient user interaction and allocation of inventory, that significantly reduces the required manual actions for users. Bottom line, this enhancement saves a lot of time. The updates include:
- Automated the allocation of inventory to effectively mark items as allocated or back ordered and subsequently set the resulting order and order detail status.
- Improved the user interface by adding validation checks for critical cross-referenced keys for customers and items that may have been removed. Previously, these missing cross references would cause transactional errors. Now, users are warned and provided the opportunity to reestablish the links to complete the integration.
- Added a “Processing” progress message while system works to communicate with eAutomate, making the interface more communicative.
Credit Desk Enhancements
Assign a Credit Analyst to Buyout Request – We have added the ability to assign a Credit Analyst to Buyout Requests on the LBO view. The Action dropdown control now has an option for “Assign Credit Analyst.” This opens a modal dialog box that allows the user to select a Credit Analyst to the one or more Buyout Requests they have selected. We also added the ability to filter the data-grid by assigned Credit Analyst.
Buyout Request Notes and Type Specification – We have enhanced the lease buyout request function to include a Note field that allows the user to provide vital information to the leasing company that may affect the transaction. We also added the selection of a Buyout Type to the function to allow users to specify one or more specific buyout/upgrade types that are desired.
Buyout Attachments – We enhanced the buyout request function to include attachments. Users may simply click on the attachment icon and upload files that can be shared across the business. Document attachments that are added within the buyout function may also be visible on the Customer Profile Activity listing.
Eliminated Duplicity – We also added a feature that will not allow a sales rep user to submit duplicate requests for buyouts/upgrades if a request is already pending. As viewed above in the Notes feature, you can see that the user is shown when an existing request is pending.
Used Equipment
We added an adjustment factor property to the service contract type utility allowing dealers to adjust the billing rate for servicing used equipment. For example, you may up the click rate for servicing used equipment by 10% for CPC and 8% for service with a volume commitment contract type.
Mailing System Sales Rep Quota
We added dedicated sales rep quota achievement targets for Mailing products. This allows for specific sales targets to be established and measured.
EAutomate Integration Enhancements
We added the eAutomate Customer Type to the integration and we added the property to the Customer Profile page.

- Added new document merge fields for the company vertical class and catalog item product code.

- Fixed an issue with Group maintenance form where group associations were not being removed properly.

- Added two new fields to the Sales Rep Quota Maintenance screen.
