Major Updates >> EAutomate Sales Order Push 

We have updated all ECI eAutomate portal screens with our modern user interface to create a cleaner feel and smoother user experience. 

  • We added a feature to affirm the user-selected shipping method for orders.  In the previous module, EA was overriding the setting requested by the user with the customer default shipping method after the sales order was saved.  To address this, we added a “Clean Up” step to reset the shipping method to the users requested setting. 
  • We added an optional field to load extended remarks into the Order Detail record.  Included in the remarks are delivery criteria, contact name and phone numbers, and pickup and movement details.  
  • We enhanced the error handling and logging.  This better tracking enables better communication and support for our users. 

Major Updates >> Evolved Office Integration 

We have made major enhancements to the Evolved Office (EO) Integration to make it easier to use and more tightly linked to SalesChain, avoiding multiple data entry within the two systems.   

  • We added a new EO Campaign Desk viewer to allow users to view and manage campaigns, including the ability to remove campaigns within SalesChain. 
  • We added the ability to remove contacts from campaigns with SalesChain and Evolved Office. 
  • New security controls have been added, allowing administrators to limit campaign visibility and allow viewing and editing rights to be given exclusively to users assigned to that campaign. 

EAutomate Sales Rep Assignments 

  • We added the ability to allow dealers to configure SalesChain to drive sales rep assignments from EAutomate into SalesChain.   

Mail  

  • We added the ability to enter manual order lines within the Mail pricing tool.   

Sales Achievement Print & Mail YTD Report  

  • We created a new sales achievement report for dealers selling both print and mail.  This month to month report shows accumulated achievement for both values and measures achievement vs quota as a YTD measurement. 

Log Activity for Another User 

  • We introduced functionality allowing designated ‘sales admin’ users to record actions on behalf of sales representatives. All related activities (appointments, competitor equipment, emails, notes, tasks, and task actions) are automatically attributed to the primary rep for the associated company. 

Sales Commissions 

  • We added the ability for dealers to define a dedicated Mail sales quota within the sales rep profile, allowing separate measurement of Mail sales achievement. 
  • We added the ability to pay sales commission as percent of rep cost. 
  • We added the ability to zero out non-primary commission roles if the computed commission amount is less than zero.   
  • We added the ability to pay bonus commissions using a combined print and mail quota achievement calculation. 
  • We fixed an issue where the “not adjusted” commission amount was being doubled. 
  • We added the ability to pay seperatecommissions for Print and Mail in one reconciliation.  This major change allows dealers to establish unique Mail quota targets and payment plans and reconcile the commissions one time. 

Sales Rep Assignments 

  • We added a logging function to keep track of changes made to sales rep assignments within SalesChain.  This function will further allow us to pass these changes onto our integration partners more easily. 

TDSynnex Quote Import 

  • We added a feature allowing reps to directly import a TDSynnex Quote into the SalesChain order pricing module.  This eliminates the need for users to enter the line items manually, saving time and improving accuracy. 

Used Equipment 

  • We added the line-item adjustment feature to Used Equipment.  This extends the existing, fully customizable adjustments for things like delivery and connectivity to be included automatically for used equipment, just like new equipment. 

 

 

Fixes and Tweaks: 

  • Dealer Legal Name – We added the legal name property to the Dealer Profile to allow legal documents for the dealer to be properly labeled. 
  • Bundled Lead Form – We fixed an issue where the computed gross profit for print equipment did not include MFG credits. 
  • e-Automate Customer Type – We added the EA Customer Type filter to the following forms: Lead Forecast 30-60-90, Order Desk, and the Lease Desk. 
  • Lead Disposition – We added the proposal name and notes property to the download schema. 
  • Lead Forecast IT – We added a column representing the Probability of Close%. 
  • Make Customer – We added a feature to allow CRM clients to mark company records as being a customer. 
  • TCO Analyzer – We added the customers lease payment amount to the costing profile for competitor machines. 
  • Workflow Automation – We added the ability to create workflows for Contract records, providing the ability to create nurturing programs for service contracts.
