Credit Desk – Application and Buyout Request Automation

SalesChain continues to push the boundaries of automation with the latest enhancement to its Buyout and Credit Application Request processes. This new functionality streamlines workflows within leasing departments, enabling more efficient handling of buyout requests, credit applications, and decision-making processes. By integrating with finance companies, SalesChain now allows users to request and receive buyout or upgrade figures directly from the Customer Profile, Proposal, and Order pricing forms. This eliminates the need for time-consuming manual calculations and communications. While not all finance companies have this feature yet, FCOs like USBank and Great America have already implemented it, with others, including Canon Financial Services, DLL, and Wells Fargo, soon to follow. This automation promises to save significant time and reduce errors, making credit and leasing management smoother and faster for users.

 

Product-Specific Activity Tracking

As more dealers diversify their offerings to include IT Products, Managed Services, AV, and Security, keeping track of sales rep activity across different product categories has become crucial for effective management. With the enhanced sales activity tracking feature in SalesChain v9.3, managers can now filter user actions by product type. This functionality allows you to distinguish between activities related to IT, AV/Security, and other product types, giving managers a clearer view of their team’s focus and performance in specific areas. By adding a product type indicator to user actions, managers gain a more granular understanding of sales efforts, enabling them to target their coaching and resources where they are needed most, ultimately increasing productivity and sales effectiveness.

 

IT Products Etilize Product Search

In response to user feedback and a growing need for efficiency, the SalesChain v9.3 update includes significant enhancements to the IT Products Etilize Product Search. With a catalog of over 18 million products, the search speed is critical for users. SalesChain has restructured the product database and optimized the search algorithms to make navigation faster and smoother. An optional image display feature further accelerates the process, catering to users who prioritize speed over visual details. In addition, the interface has been improved to avoid unnecessary reloads, making the search process more seamless. The display issue in the accessory tab grid has also been resolved, enhancing the overall user experience. These changes ensure that SalesChain continues to offer a top-tier, fast, and efficient product search experience for IT professionals.
